ILYA 2016 MC Invitational regatta logo
The midwest sailing association, Inland Lakes Yachting Association, hosted their largest MC scow regatta, the ILYA MC Invitational, at Lake Harriet Yacht Club in 2016. LHYC's event attracted a record number of boats (48) from 6 different states. We created an entire system of signage (table tents, yard signs, posters, electronic kiosk) and online promotions. The event was such a success that the ILYA awarded LHYC with Club of the Year.

Wild Birds Flying logo
Wild Birds Flying is the creative venture of photographer Paul Nelson and Stacey Fortier, wife and business partner. They created an innovative way to photograph birds as they were being released back into the wild. The logo is reminiscent of antique Audubon prints but with a playful, active twist. Their photo prints are available on textiles, and fashion accessories as well as large scale prints.

The Retrievers is an all-volunteer team based in Minnesota offering the tools, experience and expertise to help rescues and individual owners find their lost dogs. Their logo is inspired by vintage compass design and orienteering guides.

Edina Indivisible
Edina Indivisible, a local chapter of national Indivisible, is a non-partisan grassroots group of volunteers dedicated to increasing civic engagement and education on progressive policies at the city, state and national level. Edina is separated into quadrants by a cloverleaf of two major highways. The logo picks up this geographical feature and interweaves red & blue threads of the two major political parties into one fabric/community of neighbors.

2022 Die Hard Regatta
The Lake Harriet Yacht Club in Minneapolis hosts the last regatta of the sailing season each year at the end of September in Minneapolis. Because the weather swings from blazingly hot/no wind to freezing rain/strong winds, it’s aptly named the Die Hard Regatta. This year, the event logo plays with subtle shifts of the ‘2”s to create sailboats.

Retrieve a Golden of the Midwest
RAGOM is a rescue organization dedicated to Golden Retrievers and Golden Mixes (i.e. Doodles, etc) founded in 1985. When they officially expanded their territory of Minnesota to include the Upper Midwest, the board of directors decided to update their branding system. The new logo keeps their original color palette (red and black), heart and dog, but features the universal ID tag (the sign of being part of a loving home) and a simplified illustration style to make their brand easier to recognize and use across various media.
